These terms govern your use of the tx24.io website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. About these terms

The tx24.io website is operated by TXNET FZE, a company registered in Dubai, UAE (trade licence 15361), together with its group subsidiary TXNET UAB (Lithuania, company code LT 306832252). “TX24”, “we” and “us” refer to these entities as the context requires.

2. Pre-launch status

TX24 is not operational. The company is in a pre-launch, fundraising phase. It does not currently provide, and is not authorised to provide, any virtual asset services in or from Dubai. This website is an informational, pre-launch site; no trading, custody, deposit or withdrawal services are offered through it. Any performance figures shown (throughput, latency) describe the technology we are building; they are not an offer of services.

3. Investor enquiries

Contacting us through this site registers your interest as a prospective investor. It does not create an account, guarantee access to any future service, or create any contractual right to services. Any future service, if and when the company is authorised to provide it, will be subject to separate terms and to identity verification and eligibility checks.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset. Crypto-assets are volatile and you may lose the entire value of what you hold. Make your own assessment and seek independent advice where appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including the Tx24 name, logo, text, graphics and software — are owned by or licensed to TXNET UAB and TXNET FZE and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape at scale, circumvent the anti-bot protection, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TXNET UAB and TXNET FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
