Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through tx24.io, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is TXNET UAB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code LT 306832252) and an EU-licensed virtual asset service provider. TXNET UAB is a subsidiary of TXNET FZE (Dubai, UAE, trade license 15361). You can reach us at hello@tx24.io.

2. What data we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit.
• Basic technical data. Standard server and security logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used to operate and protect the site.
• Anti-bot verification. The waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical signals to distinguish humans from bots. We do not receive your raw verification data — only the pass/fail result.

We do not collect names, payment data, or trading data through this website.

3. Why we process it

• To manage the waitlist and contact you about the launch of the Tx24 exchange.
• To operate, secure and debug the website.

4. Legal basis

We process your waitlist email on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. We process technical and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time — see section 6.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until launch communications conclude or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Technical logs are retained for a short period consistent with security practice and then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data rectified;
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
• receive your data in a portable format;
• object to, or request restriction of, processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tx24.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

7. Processors and international transfers

We use a small number of service providers as data processors: Cloudflare (content delivery, security and Turnstile anti-bot verification) and Vercel(website hosting). These providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes affecting waitlist subscribers, we will notify you by email.
