Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through tx24.io, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is TXNET FZE, a company registered in Dubai, UAE (trade licence 15361), together with its group subsidiary TXNET UAB (Lithuania, company code LT 306832252). You can reach us at hello@tx24.io.

2. What data we collect

• Enquiry email. If you email us (for example, an investor enquiry), we process the email address and any information you choose to include.
• Basic technical data. Standard server and security logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used to operate and protect the site.
• Anti-bot verification. Where forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, it processes limited technical signals to distinguish humans from bots. We do not receive your raw verification data — only the pass/fail result.

We do not collect payment data or trading data through this website.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry and to manage investor relations and our fundraising.
• To operate, secure and debug the website.

4. Legal basis

We process the contents of your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and managing investor relations, and, where relevant, to take steps at your request prior to entering into any arrangement. We process technical and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our investor relations, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Technical logs are retained for a short period consistent with security practice and then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data rectified;
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
• receive your data in a portable format;
• object to, or request restriction of, processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

7. Processors and international transfers

We use a small number of service providers as data processors: Cloudflare (content delivery, security and Turnstile anti-bot verification) and Vercel(website hosting). These providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes affecting people who have contacted us, we will notify them by email.
